Training

New clients of Raeko are provide 2 one-hour web-training sessions. One session is for product experts and sales management for the configuration and maintenance of the system. One session is for your sales force to provide knowledge transfer for the sales force using the Axiom system in the field.

Documentation

Documentation is provided with your software, both on-line and on CD.

Client Support

Our support portal gives our clients direct access to our support database and on-line inquiry functions. It also gives clients access to our knowledge database which enables search and retrieval of articles, documentation, etc.
